OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
Each item is carefully packaged in a bubble wrapped envelope before being shipped out. We know what it feels like to have an item arrive in less than perfect condition and would hate to have that happen to our customers. You can also expect to receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped so you will know where your package is at all times until it arrives. If your package somehow becomes lost, feel free to send a message to the artist and she will make sure you get a replacement as soon as possible!

If an item has gone missing, arrived broken, been stolen or replaced with something you did not order, we offer a 30-day return policy, item exchanges and a full refund for the item(s) that has/have been affected.

Our Policy
If you should purchase any one of our products, there is a 30-day warranty. In the event that the item becomes lost or broken, just message us and we will make sure that you get a replacement as soon as possible. Or if you are not wanting a replacement, we also offer refunds.
